Are you a woman who has recently lost a baby. Are you in the midst of a fertility battle or maybe you are in the grip of Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and other female related illnesses that consumes you so much that everything else takes a backseat?

Are you looking for community, self-connection and relaxation?

EACH MONTH:

We will be coming together to:

• Connect with like-minded women who are on the same journey. 
• Time out to connect to your inner self-healing.
• A safe space to share your stories.
• Self-permission to allow your body to be open to receiving healing.
• Clearing all negative energy to make way for amazing healing transformations.

Come and join us for a 90-minute women’s connection circle.

Meet other women on the same journey and have the opportunity to share your story, support others and be supported. This gathering will also include a 40-minute sound journey to heal your mind & body.

Some months we will have guest speakers relating to our illnesses – Breathwork coaches, nutritionists, movement specialists etc….

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration, improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, or even physical pain.

If you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation.

Sound can lower blood pressure, lower stress & anxiety, relieve aches and pains, and even strengthen the immune system.

What should you bring:

• Eye pillow
• Yoga mat
• Blanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen

DOORS OPEN AT 11.15am – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 11.30 AM. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. 

If you are pregnant, please let me know prior or when you arrive.
