Welcome to “Finding HER”

This is a regular nurturing space for women who have lost touch with their true selves. This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.

Come and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle.

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration, improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, or even physical pain.

If you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation.

Sound can lower blood pressure, lower stress & anxiety, relieve aches and pains, and even strengthen the immune system.

What should you bring:

• Eye pillow
• Pillow for head
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Your Human Design Chart

Mats & light weight blankets provided.

DOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. 

If you are pregnant, please let me know prior or when you arrive.
