Sound Bath Meditation Evening Thursday 20th June 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Location: Kindred Soul Sanctuary, 2/2 Elliott Street, Surfers Paradise, 4217.
Welcome Beautiful Soul!
This is a Sound bath immersion evening.
Listen to a collection of beautiful instruments, while you lay there and let them transport you on a relaxing meditation journey. Surrendering all that no longer serves you!
Instruments used:
- Crystal bowls
- Tibetan bowls
- Flutes
- Drums
- Other assorted percussion instruments
- Voice/Singing & chanting
- Small bells
- Chimes
- Gongs
What is provided:
Blanket & Mat
What should you bring:
Pillow
Eye pillow
Blanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)
Water bottle
DOORS OPEN AT 6.15 PM
Please note that you will not be able to enter after 6.30pm. (You are welcome to wait in reception until doors open at 6.20pm)
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors approval beforehand.
If you are pregnant, it is a good idea to get you doctor’s advice before attending.
