Welcome to “Finding HER”

This is a regular nurturing space for women who have lost touch with their true selves, whether due to the demands of motherhood, retirement, critical illness, anxiety, or life’s many transitions. This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.

THIS MONTH:

‘DRUM CIRCLE & SPIRIT ANIMAL CONNECTION’

Give yourself permission to switch off from all the distractions of the outside world and connect in with your beautiful heart.

The power of the medicine drum is sacred and goes deep.

We will be going into 2 journey’s to connect to a power animal for guidance and also to connect to our roots.

There will be some beautiful sound healing throughout your journey also.

Come and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle.

Journal & pen

Mats & light weight blankets provided.

DOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand.

If you are pregnant, please let me know prior or when you arrive.
