Welcome to “Finding HER”

This is a regular nurturing space for women who are wanting to learn and experience new areas of self-care.

This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.

INNER CHILD CONNECTION

Join us for an empowering women’s circle where we will explore the beautiful connection between you and your inner child.

Whether you are new to the concept of connecting to your inner child or looking to deepen your connection, this circle will provide a safe, nurturing space to learn and grow.

What you’ll experience:

• Connection? Learn about how to connect with your inner child

• Recognising the messages from her: Explore the connection process and understanding your messages.

• Healing together: Journey’s together to deepen that healing between you.

Whether you’re seeking guidance, healing, or simply a deeper connection with your inner child, this circle will empower you to open your heart and mind to the loving presence of your little you!

Come and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle.

• Eye pillow
• Pillow for head
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen
• Picture or two of you as a little girl

Mats & light weight blankets provided.

DOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. 

If you are pregnant, please let me know prior or when you arrive.
