Welcome to “Finding HER”
This is a regular nurturing space for women who are wanting to learn and experience new areas of self-care.
This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.
THIS MONTH:
Join beautiful Bo for an intimate community tea ceremony, followed by a peaceful 15-minute sound bath with Michelle.
This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and be fully present.
Through the quiet practice of tea, we can cultivate mindfulness, nurture our inner stillness, and gently return to the present moment.
Afterwards, be guided into a relaxation as sound vibrations wash over you, creating space for renewal.
Together, tea and sound offer a nourishing pause from the busyness of life.

- Journal & pen
Mats & light weight blankets provided.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand.Â
