CHRISTMAS Sound Bath Meditation Evening Fri 20th DECEMBER 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Location: Samsara Women’s Health club, 11A Lae Drive, Runaway Bay Centre, 4216. Samsara members ONLY!

This is a Sound bath immersion evening.
We are diving into a Christmas Themed Sound evening.
Welcoming our childhood memories into our guided meditation.
Instruments used:
- Crystal bowls
- Tibetan bowls
- Flutes
- Drums
- Other assorted percussion instruments
- Voice/Singing & chanting
- Small bells
- Chimes
- Gongs
What is provided:
Blanket & Bolster
What should you bring:
Yoga mat
Eye pillow
Blanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)
Water bottle
DOORS OPEN AT 5.45PM
Please note that you will not be able to enter after 6pm. (You are welcome to wait in reception until doors open at 5.45pm)
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors approval beforehand.
If you are pregnant, it is a good idea to get you doctor’s advice before attending.
Parking is all around the Centre.
Please text before 5pm if you can’t make it.
