Welcome to “Finding HER”

This is a regular nurturing space for women who have lost touch with their true selves, whether due to the demands of motherhood, retirement, critical illness, anxiety, or life’s many transitions. This monthly meetup offers a safe and supportive environment to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, learn some new spiritual skills and find solace in our shared journey.

THIS MONTH:

RECOVERY & SELF DISCOVERY

This month we are joined by the incredible Dr Danielle Riley, clinical psychologist.

She has 20+ years of experience in the field of psychology. She delights in taking people on a journey of recovery and self-discovery.

Finding HER evening:

In this month’s circle she will offer:

• psychoeducation: education around the stress response in the body and the neurobiology of trauma
• somatic practices: to help soothe your mind, body, and soul
• Interactive Group Sharing: Connect with other women on a similar journey, sharing stories and support in a safe, nurturing environment
• Sound Healing Session: Experience a soothing sound bath to help release emotional blockages and promote deep relaxation and healing

Come and join us for this gentle 2-hour women’s connection circle.

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body’s vibration, improve mental health, emotional wellbeing, or even physical pain.

If you haven’t experienced a sound bath or sound healing before you can expect total body relaxation.

Sound can lower blood pressure, lower stress & anxiety, relieve aches and pains, and even strengthen the immune system.

What should you bring:

• PLEASE BRING 4X SLEEPING PILLOWS
• Eye pillow
• Pillow for head
• Water bottle
• Journal & pen

Mats & light weight blankets provided.

DOORS OPEN AT 5.45pm – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.00pmP M. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend the soundbath part of this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. 

If you are pregnant, please let me know prior or when you arrive.
