Samsara members ONLY!\nWelcome Beautiful Soul!\n \nThis is a Sound bath immersion evening.\nWe are diving into a Christmas Themed Sound evening.\nWelcoming our childhood memories into our guided meditation.\nInstruments used:\n\nCrystal bowls\nTibetan bowls\nFlutes\nDrums\nOther assorted percussion instruments\nVoice/Singing & chanting\nSmall bells\nChimes\nGongs\n\n\nWhat is provided:\nBlanket & Bolster\nWhat should you bring:\nYoga mat\nEye pillow\nBlanket & socks (it can get chilly on floor)\nWater bottle\nDOORS OPEN AT 5.45PM \nPlease note that you will not be able to enter after 6pm.
